Romans 3:6

6 God forbid [me] [ginomai]: for then [epei] how [pos] shall [krino] God [theos] judge [krino] the world [kosmos]?   KJV-Interlinear

6 By no means! For then how could God judge the world?   ESV

The first objection of Gods right to judge, came from Satan. Satan contends that God has no right to judge and therefore Satan has every right to do as he pleases.

But Paul has stated that the judgment of sin results in glorification of God. And one argument is that sin should continue in order to continue Gods glorification, but that too, is a misleading position.

God is truth. Sin is the lie.

Truth establishes priorities and responsibilities and obligations, not only for oneself but regarding ones relationship with others.

Lies, presume ones right to do whatever, even at the expense of the welfare of others. And thus the jungle rules rise up as being favorable to the strong and biased toward the weak.

There is no fairness in sin.

There is fairness in truth.

And knowing that no one has had any say in the circumstances of their birth or life thereafter, that is no say prior to their birth, then life is in itself unfair. But then that is Satan’s world and policy.

Satan did not create himself, but was created by God. Satan was created with great ability and beauty and so forth.

He had no right to those attributes and he certainly did not deserve them. But what if God had made Satan common and less able or less attractive, then Satan would have been on the lower end of celebrityship. Wouldn’t he cry unfair then?

And of course he would. Anyone who has high position, presumes superiority. But if they had been born with lower status then they would cry out, unfair.

And it is God who establishes everyone's position in life, not to be unfair, but to prove His glory and wisdom.

God can elevate anyone to high position, at anytime, anywhere. He can also demote them.

But as for sin, it has no right to continue unchecked, less the world would eventually be destroyed as a result of sin.

The ultimate proof of that will occur in the Tribulation, when man will have his way and the world will come very close to extinction, in a very short time period.

So, God, who is truth, establishes that which is right and that which is wrong. And since wrong pursues destruction, then wrong itself must be destroyed by the very rules that it claims.

The original argument proposed by the Jews of Pauls time was that the gentiles should be punished while the Jews should not be punished. But Paul makes it very clear that there is no double standard. The very rules by which the gentiles are judged, so too, the Jews will be judged.

Right is right and wrong is wrong and all are judged by the same standard.
