You must be in fellowship prior to your Bible study, so that the spiritual information you receive can become a source, of blessing to your soul and produce spiritual growth.

23 Peace[eirene] be to the brethren,[adelphos] and[kai] love[agape] with[meta] faith,[pistis] from[apo] God[theos] the Father[pater] and[kai] the Lord[kurios] Jesus[Iesous] Christ.[Christos]  KJV-Interlinear

23 Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.  NASB

Peace, 'eirene,' means rest, quietness, prosperity, to be set at one.

Love, 'agape,' is one of several words for love, this love being the content of the scriptures, the principles, mandates, precepts, and so forth of the word of God.

Faith, 'pistis,' refers to moral conviction, confidence, credence, authority, weight, belief, dedication.

Peace is the ultimate objective of spiritual growth. It is the climax and destination of ones travels through life and study of truth. The peace represented by the meaning of the city of Jerusalem, the city of peace, is constructed by doctrine, the content of the scriptures, by means of a consistent study and learning, resulting in understanding and application, and then production by means of that pattern.

One gains a relaxed mental attitude, as the content of the soul based on truth, gives one confidence and discernment of all that is.

All doctrine comes from the Father, who is the author of the Word, by means of Christ who is the manifestation of truth in the flesh, and by means of the Holy Spirit, not mentioned here in this verse but mentioned previously.

All truth comes from only one source, and never from any religion, never from any philosophy, never from any invented belief system. Christianity is not a religion. Religion is mans invented method of gaining access to God or some higher form, by means of mans efforts. Christianity is a relationship with God, through Christ, by means of Christs work, never mans, and under the power of the Holy Spirit.

Study to show thyself approved (mature) unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing (studying/discerning), the Word of truth.
