4 Traitor s, [prodotes] heady, [propetes] highminded, [tuphoo] lovers of pleasures [philedonos] more [mallon] than [e] lovers of God; [philotheos] KJV-Interlinear

4 treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God; NASB

Traitors, 'prodotes,' means to betray, unfaithful, disloyal, deceitful, double-cross, conspirator, deserter.

Children will betray their own parents. Parents will betray their own family. Citizens will betray their own country, leaders will betray those who follow them. The entire social spectrum will break down into an everyman for himself attitude. Get what you can at the expense of anyone else.

Heady, 'propetes,' means careless, negligence, rash, preoccupied with self. This makes the person not concerned or aware of the things that are going on around him. The person cares nothing about the things that are going on around them. They are not alert, and therefore do not see the signs or meanings of the activities in their own life, as well as in the world.

High-minded, 'tuphoo,' means to be opinionated without wisdom, to have an opinion without facts, to be conceited, to over estimate yourself, to set oneself higher than what you really are, to be surrounded with smoke preventing the observation of that which is outside of the smoke. You cannot see life and therefore cannot see truth, and therefore cannot see or discern your false views. You lack a frame of reference.

Lovers of pleasures, 'phile,' means to love self, to love the world, to love things, to love depraved pleasures to love gossip and maliciousness, and so forth.

This comparison of loving pleasures more than God, actually means to love things or the details and beliefs of life, rather than God.

The wicked person is preoccupied with their own world, their own views, their own opinions, their own pursuits, their own actions against others. They are interested only in their indulgences whatever they might be. They reject authority, and all that exists around them. They reject truth and all of the principles of truth.

Truth or rules or responsibility are an inconvenience to their life.

They know right from wrong. They know honesty from dishonesty. But they choose the latter and hate the conscience effects that harass their thoughts, because they prefer wickedness over honor. Therefore, guilt and remorse and such are fought back and pushed out of their minds, because their drive is for that which is wrong.
