12 And [kai] the father [pater] of circumcision [peritome] to them who are not [ou] of [ek] the circumcision [peritome] only [monon], but [alla] who also [kai] walk [stoicheo] in the steps [ichnos] of that faith [pistis] of our [hemon] father [pater] Abraham [Abraam], which he had being [en] yet uncircumcised [akrobustia].   KJV-Interlinear

 

      

12 and to make him the father of the circumcised who are not merely circumcised but who also walk in the footsteps of the faith that our father Abraham had before he was circumcised.   ESV

Abraham is considered the father of all who believe, because of the pattern of faith which he demonstrated. So, whether circumcised or not, one is saved by faith and that makes Abraham your father because of that faith pattern.
