Psalm 9:12

12 When he maketh inquisition [darash] for blood, [dam] he remembereth [zakar] them: he forgetteth [shakach] not the cry [tsa`aqah] of the humble [`anav]. [`aniy] KJV-Interlinear

12 For He who requires blood remembers them; He does not forget the cry of the afflicted. NASB

When God makes inquisition, means, when God prosecutes the acts of crime and sin and evil and wickedness.

All evil is a crime against truth. All sin is a crime against truth. All criminal acts are crimes against truth. All wickedness is a crime against truth. And although these terms overlap in definition and scope, the meaning here is that God will, with certainty, prosecute all violations of any and every type against truth.

He does this in behalf of truth. God is truth and since all evil is against truth, it is therefore against God.

However, God prosecutes evil on behalf of all who are the victims of evil and so forth, too.

And even though we are all sinners, and therefore in violation of Gods truth, God has prepared a plan and a solution to help us out of that trap in judgment. That solution is salvation by faith in Christ.

Therefore, since there are many who will believe in Christ, then evil must be eliminated in order to have justice properly served.

Blood is the symbolism for justice. And all crime in all of its forms, wickedness (sin and human good), must all necessarily be dealt with, otherwise God would not be holy, which is set apart and perfect and fair and faithful.

God never forgets. God knows all acts, thoughts, intents of the heart, and will never allow even a single transgression go unpunished. He purposes no favoritism, no bias, no gestures in favor of anyone over another.

His justice and application of it, is fair and true and consistently applied to all with equality. God makes no differentiation between race, color, culture, social status, geographical location, or anything of human attribute.

All may come before Him in faith, just as all may reject Him, but nevertheless all persons are treated with the proper and fair application of His justice either in discipline or judgment.

End Of Lesson

Study to show thyself approved (mature) unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing (studying/discerning), the Word of truth.
