27 For the fitches [qetsach] are not threshed [duwsh] with a threshing instrument [charuwts], neither is a cart [`agalah] wheel ['owphan] turned about [cabab] upon the cummin [kammon]; but the fitches [qetsach] are beaten out [chabat] with a staff [matteh], and the cummin [kammon] with a rod [shebet].   KJV-Interlinear

27 Dill is not threshed with a threshing sledge, nor is a cart wheel rolled over cumin, but dill is beaten out with a stick, and cumin with a rod.   ESV

Continued from previous page.

As far as believers are concerned, their life continues on, day after day, with many decisions needed regarding their spiritual growth and spiritual life. God has to constantly remind or correct them in order to keep everyone on track.

Most never learn, but some do.

And so, God applies many different methods in the lives of Christians, to help them stay focused.

This principle should remind us that tolerance and patience are a must attribute, in the Christian life.

After all, look around you and you can see the many frustrating things that exist in this world, from other people as well as from your own self. If God has the patience to deal with you and everyone, then you, or we, need to demonstrate patience in our dealings with others.

There is no one method for dealing with all people. Everyone is different and everyone will require a different approach for one reason or another. If you have raised children, then you know this to be true. Some require a heavy hand in discipline while others require only a light hand, as it were.

Therefore, be mindful, tolerant, patient, and most of all, use wisdom in dealing with others.
